Refund Policy

D's Café Diner - Refund Policy for Online Delivery Orders

D's Café Diner will not refund any orders that have been placed by mistake. When payment has been taken the order is being processed, no refund will be available.
If a customer receives an order that is incorrect or not up to the standard for D's Diner Cafe it must be reported within 15 minutes of the order being delivered/received so the staff at D's Diner Cafe can come to a suitable resolution with the customer. 

If it is decided that a part or full refund is due, this will be processed and the refund will be received on the payment card that was used for the order within 7 business days.
